A switch between Individual and Family takes effect on your next billing date (or the one after it, if you confirm less than 7 days before), with nothing charged for the switch itself.

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. The Family plan covers you plus up to 4 other adults (18+) in your household, each of whom authorizes SAVE by replying to their own email invitation before we search for them.

Charges show as SAVEPRIVACY. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Our payment processor handles the card, so we never see your full card number.

Partly. California runs a free Delete Request and Opt-out Platform (DROP), where residents can ask the data brokers registered with the state to delete their information in one request. You can use it with or without us. We don't file through DROP for you: our plans check people-search sites for your listings and file opt-out requests with them directly, with screenshots in your report.
